Estepona West

We feel at Crystal Shore Properties that this stretch of coast running west of Estepona is a great place for future investment in property. It is an area that has only been recently developed and now most of the construction is complete.

It is a quieter part of the coast, with a few chiringuitos (beach bars), some quality restaurants here and there, and a large supermarket. The area is still establishing itself, which is why we think it is an excellent place to invest while the market steadily picks up. You get more for your money here and there are some stunning properties within walking distance to the beach, with wonderful sea views and which are still only a 5 minute drive into Estepona or to Duquesa Port.

Due to the amount of space available in the area, the developments that have been built are wonderfully spacious, with large terraces, landscaped gardens, both adult and children’s swimming pools, gymnasiums and spas. They are often overlooking new golf courses or are beachfront with fantastic views to Africa and Gibraltar. The area really has been built with luxury living in mind, but still at low prices in comparison to the often over-developed areas further up the coast.
