The difference with us is that we have our own in-house maintenance and cleaning team, so we have complete quality control. The majority of our owners rent out their properties through us for an average of 12-20 weeks per year, giving them the rental income they need.
Long-term Rentals
We advertise your property on the major long-term rental websites to attract tenants from abroad, as well as in the local newspapers, for current residents.
We handle all the rental contract paperwork for you, and we do background checks and obtain references for potential tenants.
If you opt for one of our Property Management packages, we can also handle any maintenance issues that arise, rent collection and payment of bills.
