We appreciate just how difficult it is to find a professional property management company that you can trust. In our search to find a company that we felt comfortable with looking after our properties we decided to open our own property management company where we could offer our clients the high level of service that we wanted and expected.
The packages that we offer can be tailored to accommodate exactly your requirements and save you time and effort once you arrive at your Spanish property to enjoy your holidays. However, we will still be on hand for any incidentals that may arise during the course of your vacation.
We do realize that people have very different requirements and that is why we have decided to offer two different packages and whichever package you choose, you will be comfortable in the knowledge that your every need is being attended to personally.
Silver service package
- A monthly visit to your property.
- Ensuring all utilities are ready for use when you arrive.
- Housekeeping of the property once a month.
- Car Hire to be arranged if required.
- Airport Pick Up & Drop Off to be arranged if required.
- Hotel Reservations to be arranged if required.
- Golf Reservations to be arranged if required.

Standard Welcome Pack 25€
- Small jar of coffee
- Small box of tea bags
- Packet of sugar
- Carton of milk
- Bottled water
- Loaf of bread
- Butter
- Jam
- Cheese
Deluxe Welcome Packs - Price On request
Duluxe packs can be arranged as requested by yourself to include any additional items you may require for example cereals, wine, champagne, salmon etc
Silver Service Package from 50.00€ per month
Gold service package
- Visiting your property twice per month.
- Ensuring property is ready for use when you arrive.
- Payment of all household utilities if you have not set up a standing order at your bank. Payment for these will be advised direct to yourself and funds can be transferred to Crystal Shore Client Account and payment will be made on your behalf.
- If property is to be rented out by clients, a weekly housekeeping service with change of linen and towels (provided by owner) can be arranged. Gold Service includes one entry and exit clean per month, although extra housekeeping can be arranged if required.
- Collecting keys on your behalf from rental clients and holding or transferring to next rental client.
- Overseeing any building works stipulated by owner.
- Arranging for quotations from reputable building companies on your behalf.
- Car Hire to be arranged if required.
- Airport Pick Up & Drop Off to be arranged if required.
- Hotel Reservations to be arranged if required.
- Golf Reservations to be arranged if required.
- Flowers for your arrival to be arranged if required.

Deluxe Welcome Packs - Price On request
Deluxe Packs can be arranged as requested by yourself to include any additional items you may require for example cereals, wine, champagne, salmon etc
Gold Service Package from 80.00€ per month
General services
- Building Clean - This is the initial clean of your property when you have completed your purchase and your builder has not cleaned the property for habitation.
- Property Clean and Laundry Change - A full clean of your apartment to include , windows, terraces, appliances, bathrooms etc Laundry change every 7 days or whatever are your personal requirements.
- Inventories - A full inventory will be carried out after each rental to ensure that there has been no breakages etc. A 100€ refundable will be taken by Crystal Shore Properties on all short term rentals booked by them.
- Collecting Rents and Deposits - This will be carried out by Crystal Shore Properties and all rents will be sent to the property owner monthly accompanied by a statement.
- Meet & Greet - We will meet all your guests and personally hand over the keys and obviously retain a set ourselves for any emergencies.
- Welcome Packs - This can be arranged directly with your guests and prepared to suit their requirements.
- Payment of Utilities - As is the normal in Spain all the utility bills of the property are taken by direct debit from your bank account. If you require Crystal Shore Properties to retain your bills until your arrival this can be arranged.
- Arranging Maintenance and Repairs - For all repairs and maintenance Crystal Shore Properties will provide you with several quotes and will oversee all building works that is to be undertaken on your behalf.
