My wife and I recently purchased a Villa in Benahavis. We are from the United States and were looking for a vacation home/income property. I contacted Crystal Shore Properties to assist with the purchase. We could not have been more pleased. From my initial contact with Bella the Customer Service Manager (who was amazing), I was assigned Joanne to help assist in finding the perfect property. Joanne was amazing, she lined up a number of villas for us to see when we traveled to Spain for a quick trip. She picked us up at our hotel and showed us about 15 properties in two days. She also lined up lawyers for us to grant power of attorney so that we could close on the Villa from the United States. We ended up finding a villa that we loved while we were in Spain. She was able to negotiate us a great price and navigate us through closing seamlessly. After closing she has been great, providing us a property management company, Villa, rental company and other vendors to help us get the property ready. we could not have been more pleased with Joanne and Crystal shore properties. We would highly recommend them to any homebuyers. They have a vast knowledge of the area, friendly servicing, and a great network of other services in the area to make our homebuying process easy.
